About Camille

Hi! I’m Camille Harris, owner of InnerAction Consulting. I was born and raised in Canada; my parents are Jamaican; and I currently reside in the Philadelphia area with my family. I have experience working with people from all over the globe and have personally traveled to countries in Europe and Africa – with many more on my bucket list! Ultimately, it’s my diverse background and experiences that have helped me to successfully interact and develop lasting personal and professional relationships with people of all backgrounds and walks of life. Over the past 15+ years I have successfully navigated a complex career journey in Canada and the US, working with several leading organizations in multiple industries including technology, retail, manufacturing, and banking. I’m a driven and passionate leader with a wealth of global business knowledge and experience in HR, project and change management, strategic business planning, communication, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development. My experience working with global organizations has taught me what it takes for a company – large or small – to be successful in this dynamic business environment.

InnerAction Consulting has been my dream for many years but came to fruition in 2020 when I recognized how many businesses, of all sizes and scope, needed a trusted, outside perspective to help uncover and unlock hidden potential. Businesses are facing mounting challenges (seen and unseen), and leaders and business owners often don’t have the time or resources to focus on every single area required for business success – although unintentional, something often gets missed! And that’s where I come in. I’m passionate about helping organizations close gaps in areas that I have proven success, to achieve long-lasting results. I look forward to the opportunity to partner with you – schedule a consultation with me today!
